On January 8th, 2025, the truck was brought into the shop for a broken lifter. The mechanic determined that a new engine was indicated due to metal throughout the engine. The vehicle is covered under warranty, so the mechanic worked with the warranty company to get coverage. However, they would only cover $3,610.52 for the new engine, but the engine was on a back order for at least one year. The other option was to have the engine rebuilt. BUYER BEWARE - TOTAL SCAM Company. Advertised price of $13,700, Invoice Price of $15,995 plus $1509 in dealer fees, minus a discount of $1,000 =$2,804 above sticker price. This is of course before taxes. The car was already over KBB by $3K and now they are trying to add another $2,800. That is nearly 40+% profit over before their trade-in discount. Imagine, car sales company making 50% of profit on a used car. PROFITS over PEOPLE! Avoid this dealer and beware of how these parasitic companies are ripping people off.

I went to several other Mitsubishi dealerships in looking for my outlander and went back to St. Pete Mitsubishi because I had the best experience there out of the four I visited. My interaction with the salesman there was “no pressure” and focused on providing the information I needed to make a good decision.

Nickname the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what I needed, nice to haves, and unimportant expectations.

Worst experience I've ever had. Manager Mark is arrogant and treats customers badly. I bought a black Outlander, the car is all scratched and has a rough paint job, there's paint on the windows and white paint splashes on the paint. I needed a lot of work on my 2015 vehicle. Cam and his service team took care of all of my vehicle's issues taking the time to explain everything that had to be done before making the repairs and patiently answered all of my questions. Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership! I believe they sell used vehicles with known problems then act like they had no idea. I bought a used truck from them, had 15,000 miles on it. I didn't even drive it for two weeks before major problems. It has been in the shop for 3 months now. Luckily it is still under factory warranty, but you don't expect to pay 60K for a vehicle and it come with huge hidden problems!

I was in the market for a minivan and I found a nice Windstar on their lot. I asked them if it was ever in an accident (standard question for most buyers) and they said no. So I bought it. Be very careful when going to this dealership. I had my minivan serviced here with transmission problems. I took it here because I thought I could trust them to not rake me through the coals, but they did. They told me I had to replace my entire transmission and come to find out all they had to replace was the torch converter. I found out by Ford throwing out a recall on my exact problem. What a HORRIBLE experience!! VERY unprofessional and unethical in how they run their business and treat their customers. We had agreed on the purchase price of a vehicle they had listed, PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT, and they agreed to deliver the vehicle to us. The day before the scheduled delivery they weren't returning our phone calls so we could finalize the transfer, etc. Just to find out, they had sold the vehicle out from under us!
